Reanimotion Engineering formed in 2012, was created to manage and distribute our physical hardware products.

Specialising in Automotive Controls, Telematics and Digital Communications, RE inherits and leverages a long history of CANbus and microcontroller based vehicle integration products including:

CANdapt and Freescale microcontroller based control modules for CAN 2.0b platforms.

FrankenCIS engine control upgrade for Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection systems.

GL1280 and the RE2144 Wi-fi Module, known as ManTrak, a foundation GPS GIS communications and vehicle integration platform with a very broad range of possible applications.

ManTrak is a secure 3G/GPRS-to-Wireless-LAN device server module with GPS tracking capablity that also acts as a bridge to connect the ManStat Enterprise system to wireless tablets enabling remote documentation and data entry for teams in the field. It acts as a security gap between the application and the network; supports up to 10 simultaneous TCP/UDP sockets; SMTP and POP3 clients and a range of ManStat Android applications.

RE2144 Wi-Fi Module

RE-SM2144 is a secure serial-to-Wireless-LAN device server module that also acts as a bridge to connect the GL1280 to 802.11b/g Wireless LANs. It includes the iChip™ CO2144 IP Communication Controller™ chip and Marvell 88W8686 WiFi chipset, and uses standard GL1280 v5 pin-out. The module in Access Point mode also interfaces to the cellular modem via USB allowing WiFi devices to connect to the internet via the GL1280.
